AVI WELLNESS is a full-body strength + restoration method based in Redding California, that teaches people about how their bodies work - that they are a bio-individual - and gives space to find what works best for them. The design approach for Amie Avi Wellness is a modern take on a traditional serif typeface to reflect both art and form - a direct correlation to Amie’s credibility as a wellness instructor.
